           What are Freshwater Pearls? Are they real pearls?
      Yes, freshwater pearls are real, genuine pearls. They are cultured in fresh water. Because freshwater pearls are a natural material, they will vary slightly in size and color. Freshwater pearls come in many shapes. We only only the finest fresh water pearls in our baby girl fresh water pearl jewelry.

           What are fire polished czech beads?
      Fire polished czech beads are glass beads. They do not contain lead. They are very pretty and come in all birthstone heirloom baby bracelets.

           What is Swarovski Crystal?
      Swarovski crystal is one of the finest in the World. However, they do contain lead. We use Swarovski Crystals ONLY in our bracelets for children over 12. All other heirloom baby bracelets will be made with beautiful fire polished czec glass.

           How long will it take to get my heirloom baby jewelry order?
      Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days; many times much sooner; However, please remember, your baby girl bracelet isn't made until your order is placed. Created especially for your little one. If for some reason your order is delayed, we will be sure to notified you.

           I'm in a hurry, do you offer expedited shipping methods?
      Yes. We understand that sometimes you need your heirloom baby bracelets right away. We offer expedited shipping of your order for an additional cost. Just for details.

           Is the jewelry sturdy?
      Yes. We use the finest jewelry stringing wire on all our heirloom baby bracelets and necklaces. It is nylon coated stainless steal with 19 flexible strands and a break factor of 10 lbs. We use sterling silver findings to secure all clasps and attachments. However, our baby jewelry is a keepsake and should be cared for appropriately.

           Do you use sterling silver?
      Yes, we use only sterling silver and/or gold fill in all our heirloom baby bracelets. This includes charms, clasps,findings, etc.

           What if I order the wrong size?
      You may send your heirloom baby jewelry back at your expense and I will make the corrections to the size at no additional charge. You must also pay for return shipping. If this happens more than once or after 30 days, there will be a charge of $5.00 plus shipping for any changes.

           What if you make a mistake in my heirloom baby jewelry order?

           What is your return policy?
      We want to make sure you are happy with the heirloom baby jewelry. If, in the first 30 days after receiving your jewelry, you decide you are not happy, we will issue a full refund (less shipping) once item is received back in it's original condition. If for any reason you are unhappy, we will work with you to make any changes necessary, however, if you would just rather return it that is fine also.

           How do I clean my heirloom baby bracelets ?
      For pearls, whether Fresh Water or Swarovski, simply wipe them with a soft cloth or wash them off with warm water (no soap). Be sure to dry them thoroughly with a soft cloth. Avoid getting chemicals on your pearls like chlorine, soap, hair spray and perfume. As we all sterling silver can tarnish over time. To keep it shiny, use a jewelry polishing cloth and store your fine baby jewelry in an airtight container (like a baggie or a Tupperware bowl).Try storing your baby girl jewelry with a piece of chalk to absorb any moisture.
